Founded in 1999 and located in Piacenza, ASYS Automation System has been working in close contact with the key players in the automation sector for some years now, both in an industrial capacity or otherwise.
In 2009 Asys became part of the Balluff group, a move which enabled us to participate in larger scale projects. 

With the client request as its starting point, Asys designs and implements even the most complex automation systems, together with the support of our trusted team of partners, for the mechanical, food and pharmaceutical industries, not to mention machinery and special applications for working with metal, wood and fibreglass.
 

Thanks to over 10 years' experience gained in a wide range of branches, we are in a position to undertake revision and regeneration projects involving machine tools, automated and robotic manufacturing lines, wire-guided trolleys etc.
 
Our technical expertise also covers the following: 
  • Design of "turnkey" automatic systems encompassing visual systems, RFID coding systems, bar code readers etc. 
  • Software applications for data collection, HMI interfaces and machine and system monitoring.
  • Development of software applications and modules for workshop tools management
  • Digital control applications for machining centres in the metalwork, wood and sheet metal sectors - PLC applications for the most common brands. 
  •  Design and manufacture of control panels
Each project is overseen by our personnel until the final installation stage and the provision of all the necessary technical documentation.

    This service is designed to resolve any customer doubts or issues with our applications. 
  • Onsite support: this is available at the customer premises with prior agreement of times and support methods.
